Meeting calendar

A committee meeting is held with approx. 3 weeks apart.
Therefore a collection a projects for an upcoming meeting will always be in progress.

Approx. 2 weeks before a meeting date, the collection for projects for this meeting will be closed.

Only new projects are evaluated at the committee meetings.
The amendments are evaluated on an ongoing basis in collaboration between the secretariat and the committee chairmen.
